Ningsih, S.H., M.H. memimpin upacara peringatan Hari Sumpah Pemuda yang dilangsungkan di halaman gedung Pengadilan Negeri Pangkalpinang.Upacara dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB, walau panas terik matahari menyinari halaman upacara tidak mengurangi semangat dan khidmatnya pelaksanaan upacara memperingati Hari Sumpah Pemuda ini.
