Para Pihak di Persidangan Mengajukan Perjanjian Bersama untuk Berdamai Secara Tertulis dimuka persidangan yang kemudian Majelis Hakim membuat Akta Perdamaian perihal tersebut.

Diakhiri dengan penyerahan uang sebagai kesepakatan damai kepada para pihak secara langsung di hadapan Majelis Hakim.
